Joining Aishwarya College, Udaipur to pursue MBA proved to be a turning point of my life. It was a great opportunity for me as a fresher who never stepped out of the house without her family. I very much appreciate AIM & IT faculties and other staff members who supported me at every step of my growth. When new students enroll in a new institute outside their hometown, they feel homesick. But some of the teachers of college fulfill that sickness by their love and respect. I have made some good friends there. I can never forget the canteen samosa and chai. So many unforgettable moments we discovered in this institute. I was also the secretary of Rotaract Club Aishwarya. Presently, I am working as a Team Lead of India Promo in iiiEM. I am also a trainer of Kylas Application and working as an HR professional. I have multiple tasks in this Institute, like, sales, HR, accounts, etc. After studying MBA, I built confidence in myself that I can handle all situations. It made me a person capable of multitasking.

I hail from a small village near Udaipur which is 50 km away. In 2006, I came to Udaipur to pursue BBM degree from Aishwarya College, Udaipur. I liked the college, good building, clean environment, and well-managed college. I made new friends, who are still in touch today. Everyone is well settled today. Some memories always remain. Made some PGDM friends who taught me to eat opium leaves, they were from Pratapgarh. There was a classmate named Surawat who used to make and serve ‘halwa’ to us; I still remember what it tasted like. Memories of the canteen, bunking college and going to the 'Badi Lake' cannot be described in words.
All teachers were so good and inspiring. Don't remember if that was a male or female teacher but one thing they said stuck with me, when we used to have fun, “they used to say that being mischievous is necessary because after college, it's not about books but about life”. It was such a meaningful thing; students should always focus on their all-round development. I cleared CPT, then did CA Inter and started a job. Later on, I started my own office ”Vinod Kumar & Associates”, which today has 400 IT clients and 100 GST clients. In the meantime, I also did other businesses, in which today I have a school named “Kid’s World School” with 500 students and a distribution of Nexus Solar Energy for the entire Udaipur region. In the meantime, in 2015, my interest turned towards stock trading, which after COVID turned me into a full-time trader, which today has created a good equity portfolio and as much capital for day trading. So that was my journey and achievements, whenever I look back, it seems like Aishwarya College and Udaipur has given more than I had imagined.

I had heard a lot from friends about discipline and integrity at the institution and decided to enrol there. It didn't take long for me to realize that my future was in good hands. The teaching and support staff were excellent, very generous, and supportive, guiding me throughout my academics. This is where I found a new path to success, and I will always be indebted to every teacher and staff member for their support. Presently, I'm working as a Senior Branch Credit Manager at IndusInd Bank. I studied Master in Computer Application (M.C.A) at Aishwarya Institute of Management & IT College.

After completing my degree in Computer Software, I got my breakthrough opportunity through my first job at Arcgate, followed by IndusInd Bank, Wonder, and so began my career journey. Today, after 10 years of experience, following the same path, I have seen an upward trajectory in my life graph, with progressive education leading to a successful career graph. Consistency and persistence is the key, as they lead near to accuracy. Achieving accuracy should not make one complacent; rather, persistence allows for climbing one additional step towards achieving accuracy. Looking back at the time from 2011 to 2014, amidst studies, I still cherish those moments of laughter and fun with friends and teachers in college. I would like to thank all the staff who supported me during my academic journey.
