International Yoga Day: 21 June 2018

The Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan participated and co-sponsored district level celebration of International Yoga Day at Bhandari Darshak Mandap (Gandhi Ground) Udaipur on 21st June 2018.

 

The College organized the event for 5 days by performing Yoga awareness activities at various places in association with the Government and other agencies.

 

On 17thJune 2018, Yoga training for public was organized at Fateh Sagar Lake, which was attended by more than 300 citizens and our Yoga Assistant Professor demonstrated the exercises.

 

This was followed by the organization of a Yoga Day and Yoga awareness Rally on the theme ``Ek Kadam Yog ki Aur’’ on 18th June 2018. The rally marched past several streets of the town.

 

On 19thJune 2018 “Yoga Practice” was organized at Sahelio Ki Bari -a tourist place, where all students and staff of college participated and demonstrated which was watched with interest by the visiting tourists. The students on BBA and others attended the Dhyan Camp on 19th June 2018 conducted by the students of PGD Yoga.

           

The pre International Yoga Day activities and practice camp was performed at Bhandari Darshak Mandap (Gandhi Ground) on 20thJune 2018. All Students and staff also attended the session. On 20th June the students of PGD Yoga also went to the nearby colony and appraised the ladies importance of the yoga.

 

The International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st June 2018, at Bhandari Darshak Mandap (Gandhi Ground); the event was attended by all senior officer of the district and also by public. The Yoga was performed as per International Yoga protocol. The evening celebration includes Yoga based culture program and prize & trophy distribution.

All the events were organized in association with and as per guidelines of District Administration. The event was sponsored by the Ayush Mantralaya, Government of India and the District Agencies, co-sponsored by the Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan and many other agencies in the city.
