Seminar on "Smart Manager" by N. Raghuraman

International Trainer, Management Consultant and Journalist Mr. N. Raghuraman had come to address a one-day Seminar on "Smart Manager" on 17th April 2010 as a part of the Brilliance One-Off, a series of Lectures/Seminars/Workshops being organized at Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan. He said that for a smart manager it is essential that experimenting with different strategies he increases the penetration of the products of his organization to the consumers because only through Unique Selling Proposition (USP) an organization is recognized & recalled by the consumers. Mr. N.Raghuraman stated that an efficient manager should develop different strategies for different types of consumers so that the products of the organization are made available to all the consumers besides maintaining the reliability of the products. Describing short stories of small successes Mr. Raghuraman explained in very simple words that no work is small but one needs to keep one-self motivated. He stressed that knowledge of one's inner strength, total commitment, time management & knowledge of the pulse of the market were the key factors in easing the path of success. He said that a successful manager is the one who constantly evolves with time; month after month, product after product & is able to analyze the requisite strategies so as to maintain the dominance of the products of the organization in the market-place.
