Aishwarya College organized a seminar on the topic “INTERNET OF THINGS” on 18th January 2017 the expert speaker was Mr. Jigar Thakkar, Senior Trainer from TOPS Technologies, Ahmadabad. The objective of the session was to make the participants aware of the technology behind Internet of Things. Mr. Thakkar introduced the concept of IoT and its applications worldwide plus its promising future. Further he discussed on the technology used behind the IoT and demonstrated the working of sensors and actuators in Arduino with the help of various working models along with the programming. The expert encouraged participants towards pursuing innovative ideas towards project development for societal benefit and development of nation mentioning that there are seamless opportunities in the field of IoT.
The session was very informative and interactive. It gave a practical insight besides promoting research aptitude among the participants. Dr. Archana Golwalkar introduced the guest and briefed on the objectives of the session.
