Seminar on Promotion of Research Activities:29 August 2016

During the Orientation week, the students attended a seminar on Research Cell’s activities on August 29, 2016. This event made them aware about the academic activities cell performs round the year which also helped the students in promoting research aptitude among them and active participation in the research based activities focusing on their importance in academics. Dr. Archana Golwalkar, Cell Incharge, spoke on institution’s policy in research, consultancy and extension and activities to be undertaken besides the achievements in the past and the opportunities within and beyond the college. The information was given about the upcoming multidisciplinary VIII National Conference on “Dimensions for Sustainable Growth among Working Women in India” and FDP proposed to be organized during the year. They were motivated to prepare a paper for the student’s session on any subtheme emphasizing on use of PPT for presentation and Poster Presentation.  They were told about the opportunity of Paper Publication and its significance and policy of awards.
