On International Yoga Day 21stJune 2016 Yoga Training session was conducted for all the students, teaching and non - teaching staff members. The Yoga trainer Ms. Kirti Rathod started the session by meditation and thereafter various Yoga asanas like Pranayam, Surya
Namaskar, kapal Bharti, Anulom Vilom etc was done by the students and staff members. Ms. Kirti described about the relation of yoga poses with physical and mental health and benefits of Yoga. A query session was held where the audience had interaction with Ms. Rathod about their health problems.
