Seminar on "Challenge Yourself" by G. Balachandran
International trainer & HRD Consultant from JCE University USA, G. Balachandran came to address a one-day Workshop called "Challenge Yourself" during Brilliance One-Off, a series of Lectures/Workshops/Seminars, at Aishwarya College. He inspired the participants to inculcate the following nine words in their life - Confidence, Cognizance, Competence, Congruence, Creativity, Cooperation, Communication, Customer relevance and Credibility. He stressed the importance of dynamism in all-round development of human beings and called upon the participants to enlighten themselves using their own inherent powers. Defining time & team he said that management of both is difficult. Through Management Games he conveyed that through team effort an individual can achieve success in life. He further stated that the aim of an organization is to facilitate the common man to achieve important milestones in life. G. Balachandran said that in this world individuals can demonstrate their unusual capabilities & develop them as the selling point which would help them in creating a unique identity.
