Seminar on " Career Orientation & Placement"

Career Orientation in right direction is must for students pursuing MBA & MCA. Seminar to focus on grooming of students with professional approach for proper Placement  was undertaken by Tapas Mahopatra, Corporate trainer from Think Inc,  Delhi on 23rd Nov. 2010. He elaborated on importance of overall personality development and correct approach to be best fit in the corporate world. He told that some are christened to achieve things by virtue of the destiny but majority of people achieve success because they have moulded themselves according to the requirement.

 

He elaborated on how the students of Aishwarya College shall be trained and groomed to match the industry requirement. He also emphasized the significance of polishing skills to achieve success in all phases of life. He added that the student shall undergo rigorous training sessions to be polished, processed & packaged in right mould as per the industry requirements.
