Career Orientation in right direction is must for students pursuing MBA & MCA. Seminar to focus on grooming of students with professional approach for proper placement  was undertaken by Tapas Mahopatra, Corporate trainer from Think Inc,  Delhi.

He elaborated on importance of overall personality development and correct approach to be best fit in corporate world. He told that some are christened to achieve things by virtue of the destiny but majority of people achieve success because they have molded themselves according to the requirement.

He elaborated as how the students of Aishwarya College shall be trained and groomed to match the industry requirement. He also emphasized the significance polishing skills to achieve success in all phases of life. The student shall undergo rigorous training sessions polished and processed to be packaged in right mould as per requirement.
